At the end of the hallway is the main bedroom, featuring a queen bed, ceiling fan and its own full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

Located at the front of the property and accessed directly from the upstairs living area, the spacious timber deck is furnished with outdoor seating and features beautiful twinkling ceiling lights that create a warm, sparkly atmosphere after dark.

It’s a wonderful spot for a morning breakfast, a relaxed prawn lunch or an evening of drinks and dinner under the stars. The generous deck provides a great space for families and friends to gather and enjoy a special holiday or celebration together.

Rear Courtyard
The main bedroom has direct access to the rear courtyard which features an outdoor setting and Weber BBQ, providing another relaxed space to enjoy an alfresco meal or unwind after a day at the beach and wash off under the outdoor shower.

With outdoor entertaining at both the front and rear of the property, guests can make the most of the sunshine, fresh coastal air and relaxed Shoal Bay lifestyle.
